Refund and Return Policy

At Tanshra, we work hard to provide quality products and a reliable shopping experience. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

 

Return Request Time

Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order.To request a return, you must send an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened. The video should show the sealed package, shipping label, and the product inside. Requests without a proper opening video may not be accepted.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged product, defective item, or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Send the following details to our support email:

• Order number
• Clear photos of the product
• A full package opening video

After reviewing the information, our team will verify the issue and provide a suitable solution.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery is offered as a convenience to our customers. However, to prevent misuse of this service, the following rules apply.

All COD orders may be verified by phone call or message before shipping. If we are unable to confirm the order, it may be cancelled.

Customers who repeatedly refuse COD deliveries without a valid reason may have COD service restricted for future orders.

 

Return Eligibility

A return may be accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• A proper package opening video is provided
• The item is unused and in its original packaging

Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned. These include:

• Personal care and beauty products
• Customized or personalized items
• Perishable products such as food or flowers
• Hazardous materials or flammable products
• Items purchased on sale or special offers
• Gift cards

 

Exchanges

If an exchange is approved, the product must first be returned and inspected. After verification, a replacement product may be sent if available.

 

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the refund or replacement has been approved.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
