The arbitrator shall be appointed by the Seller. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The language of arbitration shall be English, and the seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh only.
